Bought in 31 May of 2014. At around 1400 miles I started to notice a vibration going down the hwy. Thought it may be A/C compressor, so I turned it off. Did not work. To make a long story short, I figured out it was when the trans. went into the eco mode. 8 to 4 cylinders. Now the truck has 6000 miles and the vibration it awful when in eco mode. Have taken it back to the dealers three times, and have notified Chrysler. A case mgr. was assigned and when all said and done they told me it is an inherit of the model and design. Was told that if I did not like the vibration just keep it in the TOW mode??? What a cop out. Gas mileage gone.
Chrysler you have a design problem and you know it.. Step up to the plate before lawyers have to step in.. Anyone else has this problem feel free to contact me. redeberhart@ntin.net..

Update from Apr 17, 2015: This is a safety issue. It distracts me when I am driving. A new vehicle should not take your mind off driving.
