Before Replacing the Switch, please verify the following: 1- Check the switch internal resistance to verify the values are within specification stated in the service procedures. 2- Swap the switch with the issue with the other side. This switch is used in both rear doors. If after the swap the issue is now present at the other door and the original door position no longer has the issue, replace the switch.
