May 18 2019 I purchased my Ram 2500 new from Haddad Ram in Bakersfield. I noticed the vibration as soon as I started driving the truck. I was told to bring the truck back and I did. They told me they could not find anything wrong with the wheels or tires. I then took the truck to American tire and they took the wheels and tires off, put them on a balancing machine and then visually showed me that all four tires were defective.
I then took it back to Ram, then they said I'll have to leave the truck at the dealership for three to four weeks as this was not their problem, it was Firestones problem. I said no. After talking to the manager he agreed to take the tires off another ram and put them on my truck. Upon driving it the same problem heavy vibration. I took it back to American tire had them verify all four tires were defective so I had to spent $1500 on new tires for my new truck.
The dealer and the manufacturer were notified of this issue and neither one offered any compensation. First time buying a Ram and the last time. I don't want to spend that type of money on a new truck only to get no support from the dealer and the manufacturer.
