The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated while operating the vehicle, the ABS and EBS warning light remained illuminated. During the failure the cruise control feature was inoperable, and the audible warning was activated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced the ABS and EBS modules, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 30,000.

The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated that the electronic braking system was inoperable. While driving at various speeds, the electronic braking system intermittently became inoperable. The service electronic braking service light was flashing. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer on several occasions, where it was diagnosed that the main module and wheel speed sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The mechanic informed the contact that the parts were on back order. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000. The VIN was not available.
