The driver pulled to the side of the road and removed and replaced the front passenger-??s side tire with the spare. The vehicle was driven to Discount Tire where it was diagnosed that there was a bubble on the tire. The vehicle was taken to Walmart where the tire was replaced. The contact stated that approximately 3 months after replacing the tire, the driver-??s side rear and driver-??s side front experienced the same failure. The contact continued to drive at speeds lower than 20 -25 MPH. The dealer was not made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle failure mileage was 137,804, and the tire failure mileage was 23,000.
