My truck leaks diesel fuel from the filler neck hose every time I fuel up. The dealer does not know what the problem is an has not provided a resolution. This does not seem very safe and environmentally responsible. Maybe I should contact the EPA.
Update from Nov 8, 2016: Dealer replaced filler neck hose with built in filter. Problem appears to be resolved.
