Started the truck with the remote starter. -18 Deg celsius. When I started the truck with the push button the wipers came on and the stored error code indicated 'battery saver mode'. I now have 7800 km on the vehicle and this is the second electrical issue. It's a 1100 km drive for me back to the dealer where I purchased the truck from Waverley Chrysler in Winnipeg, 300 of those km are on the worst gravel road in Manitoba so any problem for me is a big deal. I'll take it back in 3 weeks see if they can fix the problem.
Update from Dec 25, 2016: Parked the vehicle inside heated shop for the day. When I took it out the battery saver mode error cleared. I'll wait to see if it returns.
