I took my truck to Ken Garff Chevrolet in American fork Utah We put the truck on the rack to see where the damage they say was there. After a long detailed look the only thing that is on the underside of the truck (complete drivetrain), there is road dust, dirt, mud and pieces of Sage brush debris after a long inspection there is ZERO damage to the rear axle casing, mounting brackets and attachments. (Video and photos can be provided). Inspected the front axle; No damage. All mounting brackets, wires and hoses are intact and in place. Zero visible damage. The rear Driveshaft has ZERO Damage only dirt on it. Front drive shaft is wobbly (which is and has been my complaint since the truck was new. All reports are with Dough Smith service manager, American fork, Utah. Final not they removed the rear tires the rear axle did not wobble. Your factory rep did not remove the rear tires. Remember (I brought it in to LHM because Chris Reynolds shop Forman, knows about my issues on this truck for about 16 months. He knows that I've had an issue with the front end vibrating when it's in 4wheeldrive, I did not take the truck in for another reason other than the truck wouldn't go into park. It was brush and twigs from sagebrush.) I can provide video and photos from our inspection. Based on what your factory rep is saying and you as a company that the Ram (2500 HD) 4x4 trucks are NOT made to be on Ranches, Dirt roads, or to be worked at any level. GREAT PRODUCT I demand a personal 1 on 1 meeting with your Rep and his superior to personally explain and show me how and why my truck will not be fixed Toby R Toby.rolfe@hotmail.com Whiteelkfrontiers@gmail.com 801-638-1852
