Didn't realize it was a problem until someone said I should have it looked at. Went to the only Dealer in Castle Rock Colorado. They diagnosed the issue as "Air leak at the firewall where the recirc door seals". This is a known issue from the manufacture, where the seal gets folded back during installation. This was caused by a poor install at the time of manufacture. I took it to the dealer, they shuttled me to work, shuttled me back and delivered the truck with an invoice saying it was "repaired and verified†On my way home the wind noise was still there. The next day I was told that they did not do the actual repair to my truck. They said they got it mixed up with another truck (oops). I went off!!! Unprofessional, Unethical, Back Business practice. They rescheduled for a week later. Why couldn't they get it in the next day!!!! I have a false invoice. As far as I was concerned this was fraud! They got paid twice for one repair. There were no repercussions to the dealer! I was not offered a rental car or any incentive. Never going back to this dealer!
