About a week after buying the truck (used) I noticed transmission pan gasket was leaking and attempted to get it fixed at 5 different dealers in 5 different states as I travel a lot for work. nobody had time for it, finally left it with a dealer in Texas after three days they hadn't even looked at it or offered a loaner so after some hell raising with corporate I finally got a loaner. Then after 8 or 9 months I find its leaking again 5days after I get it out of the shop for a cracked frame where the dealer should've spotted the leak, so I make an appointment to get it in Florida fixed. my wife drops it off and asks the service tech if you can't look at it today please let me know so I can pick it up as not to be stranded in a tropical storm without a ride, they didn't once bother calling to keep her up to date and when I called to find out about it they hung up on me
