I have contacted the dallas Dodge dealer on 3 occasions to have the R46/NHTSA 15V-541 safety recall corrected and they continue to state they have no estimation of when they will have the parts to correct this hazard. I use my truck to haul an rv and I am concerned that this part could fail during towing. This issue is causing me to not use my truck for its intended purpose.

The contact owns a 2014 Ram 2500. While driving 75 mph and making a right turn, there was a loud noise under the vehicle. The contact coasted over to the side of the road and noticed that the front bracket detached from the frame, which prevented the tires from turning left or right. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 15V541000 (steering), 15V4060000 (air bags, seat belts), and 15V459000 (air bags). The parts needed for the repair were not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 155,000. Parts distribution disconnect, VIN tools confirms parts not available.

I noticed that when steering was turned hard left or right and you moved forward, there was a clunk sound. I took into dealer, they found nothing, looking at steering rack in pinion. I noticed cracks in the welds on fram where the control arms are. That very next business day, I received recall for cracked weld on track barbracket, I have other areas that have cracked welds. I am a tool and die maker, I have been trying to get Ram to take the truck to see the problem, but have been getting run around. I feel this is a serious safety issue that could cause loss if life. My power wagon was one of the first built, I ordered it.

I have a 2014 Ram 2500, the truck has a vibration between 68mph-80mph. The dealer said I had a bad universal joint in the driveshaft. Replaced driveshaft still vibrates, mother said it's tires. Replaced tires and wheels and it still vibrates. I took it in again and they couldn't find anything wrong. I asked the dealer to pull the rear differential cover to make sure everything was within specs and they refused to do it under warranty and wants to charge me. There are many others having this same problem, you can feel the vibration in the floor, you can see the passenger seat shake, and see bottle of water shake in the center console. I will be making another appointment for this issue. This issue occurs at highway speed.

Truck bed shakes violently from side to side at speeds greater than 60mph. I've taken vehicle to dealership and they're saying it's working as designed. The cab shakes violently due to the bed shacking. I've spent money getting alignments and tire balancing over and over again and the problem still persists. There's no reason a truck should be shaking on the freeway.

My 2014 Ram 2500 shakes between 64mph and 76mph violently. Ram knows there is a problem but calls it a characteristic of a hd truck. I am in the tire business and have tried everything to rectify it. I know at least three Chrysler service managers who are being told to act like its normal. I am fed up with car manufacturers taking advantage of people. The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500. While driving at various speeds with the cruise control activated, the vehicle accelerated independently when the brake pedal was depressed to deactivate the cruise control. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the brake pedal switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. In addition, the contact stated that a load noise was present coming from the front end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the track arm assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 18,000.

Bought a new Ram 2500 4X4. After I bought the truck I notice the truck leaned to the right. Took it back to the dealership 7 different times. Truck is still not fixed and the dealer said the that is normal. That is [xxx]. pay $50000 for a truck and no one will fix the problem. Information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

While traveling on milled pavement at 60mph the truck hit a bump and began to 'death wobble' causing the front axle to make contact with multiple suspension parts. The truck continued to wobble violently as I slowed, once I hit 30mph the truck stopped wobbling. The truck ever since has had a highway speed vibration that shakes the whole cab and seats. I photographed areas of contact 1. front differential cover made contact with the track bar mount. 2. trackbar on passenger side made contact with spring holder. 3 passenger side trailing arm made contact with the frame. Dealership immediately stated there was no defect with the truck, and reluctantly changed the steering stabilizer. The truck continues to vibrate and after a swap of all four Firestone tires under warranty the vehicle still has a vibration that Ram refuses now to work on. I have inspected the driveshafts myself and videoed what appears to be about 1/8'' runout and the dealership stated if I attempted to have the driveshaft inspected by a 3rd party my warranty will be voided. The vehicle has been in the shop about 48 days since August and has not been fixed.

I bought a new 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 (diesel) in June 2014. After a short time of having my vehicle, I noticed it leaned to the left side. I measured the wheelbase of my vehicle and found the right side was one inch higher than the left side. When looking at my vehicle on level ground, it appears there is a flat tire when if fact there is not. I checked the tire pressure to ensure it was even on all tires and it was. I reported the problem to dch Jeep Dodge Chrysler of temecula where I bought the vehicle. They inspected the vehicle and stated the vehicle does in fact lean, but it only leans 3/4 of an inch on the left side and it fell within their guidelines of a max lean of 3/4. I told them it was not 3/4 of an inch and was one inch. Frustrated with this dealership, I took my vehicle to another dealership who inspected the vehicle and they confirmed my vehicle leans on the left side one inch. Dodge will not fix this problem for me or explain to me the reason my vehicle leans. My vehicle does not appear safe to drive nor do I feel safe driving it with my family because it leans so much and it seems as if my vehicle will crash.

1. check engine light came on 4 Sept 2014 brought it to dealership they cleared the code and gave me the truck back because the code did not return while it was in their possession. 2. this same issure has occured 4 more times since that date and the problem has not be resolved, each time they did something different, ie replaced a dosing unit, replaced the nox sensor and now as of 15 Oct 2014 are preparing to replace the ECM or brains of the truck. The truck has been in the more than in my possession for the same exact problem since 5 Sept 2014. 3. vehicle has vibration between 60 to 80 mph, has been back to the dealership on the day I purchased and also multiple times after that, and problem still has not been corrected by Ram. 3 tires have been replaced and now the service manager says "it operates as designed", although the manager also states that he feels the wobble/vibration between those speeds as well. 4. I have begun the lemon law process and have received a claim number but Chrysler has not yet called me back.
