Steering rod adjusting nuts continue to come loose has been to the dealer three times and going back to the dealer next week for the same problem this issue started in may and has not been resolved before the third visit I contacted Chrysler and received a case number was told to take it to the dealership and the dealership kept the vehicle all day told me they realigned the front and tightened up the adjustment nuts should be good to go; that was 7 weeks ago noticed that the steering was getting loose again took it to the dealer today was told to come back on Monday so they can look at it again; I told them there must be an issue with that rod or adjustment nut for this to keep happening and talked to the general manager he agrees there must be an issue; Chrysler and the dealership is aware of this problem and they should find a solution and fix it or consider a recall this is a dangerous and safety issue this truck only has 15580 miles on it. This safety issue was first noticed when the steering wheel was off center the truck had 12320 miles on it at this time; one another note I had made a complaint about the front tires wearing on the edges and was told that these trucks are just hard on tires which now I believe is a mechanical issue partly by the steering and front end; if this issue is not corrected I'm considering a lemon law attorney has my next step, but due to this being what I consider a safety issue NHTSA should be nofied before someone has a serious accident

While driving at 60 mph, the truck began shaking violently and it was extremely difficult to steer. Once I reduced my speed down to about 30 mph the truck came under control again. This has now occurred on three separate occasions. I had it into a dealership the first time and they found nothing. Going in to a different dealership tomorrow as there is something wrong. This is a definite safety issue.

In the 2014 Ram 2500 the steering drag link nut that adjust the steering wheel comes loose and will over time cause the steering wheel to loose its position from center. The steering link is badly designed and allows for the steering to go off center causing the truck to turn very hard right, to compensate the steering wheel needs to be held in the 10-11 O'clock position to drive the vehicle straight. The steering and alignment can straighten the wheel, but over time the lock nuts come loose and the truck will turn hard right. The dealerships do not know how to fix T the problem after several service appointments and Ram customer care doesn't know about this problem and are non responsive to the issue. This problem has been going on for ~10K miles.

I have contacted the dealer on 3 occasions to have the R46/NHTSA 15V-541 safety recall corrected and they continue to state they have no estimation of when they will have the parts to correct this hazard. I use my truck to haul an rv and I am concerned that this part could fail during towing. This issue is causing me to not use my truck for its intended purpose.
