2014 Dodge Ram 2500. Consumer writes in regards to drag link safety recall. The consumer stated the recall repair for the drag link would cause complications with getting an alignment, requiring the weld fix to be broken and then re-welded each alignment.
The contact owns a 2014 Ram 2500. When it rained, water seeped into the rear center of the cab and mold developed in the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the independent mechanic who diagnosed that the water entered the vehicle through the third brake light and that there was no seal. The vehicle was repaired; however, it developed mold and produced an abnormal odor. The contact had the vehicle tested that resulted in a diagnosis of over 22,000 mold spores. The failure mileage was 19,376.
