Bought truck new, 1st day had steering problem and dealer said it was repaired. Later steering broke and truck was damaged and we were lucky no injury. Documented at dealer ( STEERING ARMS BROKE FROM FACTORY DEFECT). Constant electrical issue. Dealer never could fix issue even after witnessing the problem take place. Truck caught fire and I was told it was from wiring in dash. If I had not got to a fire extinguisher truck would have burnt to the ground.
Again we could have been severely injured or even killed. Chrysler will not furnish a rental car even though I have rental with warranty. Chrysler is avoiding my calls and dealer said they have to investigate. Moral to my story, CHRYSLER PRODUCTS ARE DANGEROUS AND CHRYSLER DON'T CARE ONCE YOU ARE A VICTIM ! If you care for your safety avoid Chrysler crap.
This truck was a Hot Shot truck, Guess what is happening to my livelihood?
