This problem occurred back on the end of January and here we are June 16th with nothing being done YET!!!
Through countless calls to the dealer (Dumont Chrysler). local garage (Heavyquip) who is the garage doing warranty work for Dodge, and Chrysler customer support, all I get is "the part will arrive Monday, Friday, in a couple of days"!!!! I am here left asking "is there anyone I'm dealing with competent??"After almost 6 MONTHS waiting to get my window fixed!!!! Needless to say I'm VERY pissed off!!!
