I am the second owner of this truck. Purchased it with 28,000 miles on it. At that time the service history showed it had already had two replacement radios. Well I am now waiting for my sixth replacement radio. That is a total of eight replacement radios. First three I had replaced were due to Uconnect problems. These last three due to navigation issues. Start the truck up a week ago everything working drove it for an hour or so. Stopped and when it was restarted the radio stated that no maps could be found. This is the first signs of problems and this only a few months after the radio was replaced for the same thing. At this stage the radio still works as does the back up camera, just not nav. Then a few hours latter the screen just goes black. Nothing no radio, backup camera or nav. Will not turn on or off. Number eight radio has been ordered been a week and still not in at the dealers. Meanwhile no radio, backup camera or nav. Very poor quality of product. THis should be a recall.
