Prior to replacing the radio, please check for any related recalls, TSBs, or any STAR Online publications. Please verify the radio is at the latest available software level. If active DTCs are set, perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure in service information. If the condition is intermittent, refer to Section 29 Non-DTC Based Diagnostics and perform the diagnostic procedure related to the customer's complaint. If concern is still present or the customer has returned to the dealer multiple times for the same complaint, contact engineering FCA Redacted Content. If no answer or call back within 15 minutes, continue with regular diagnosis.
