DT/TRX No Start/Limp Mode. EVIC displaying multiple service indicators, cluster displaying multiple messages. Verify CAN C BUS is offline on topology. Root cause using CAN C STAR connector. If confirmed to be related to EPS CAN C Communication, do not disconnect any connections at the Steering Gear module. If found, please call or email FCA Redacted Content to set up parts return for analysis. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair and follow-up contact will be made to setup a parts FasTrak return for further analysis.
