Customers may experience one or more of the following: ? Radio wireless connectivity Inoperative. ? Screen Lockup, Slow Response (rear view camera still operable). ? Caller cannot hear the driver and/or driver cannot hear the caller. ? Cannot switch stations after a call, lockup due to the phone remaining on the call. ? Radio displays ?Code Error? or ?Lockup In Accessory Mode?. ? Display shows a black screen on start up (rear view camera still operable). ? SXMT presets are lost for all profiles. ? SXMT has no volume and stuck on channel. ? Radio does not allow BUS to go to sleep.
