After my 2021 Ram truck stalled turning right (brake and emergency brake came on) the first time, I took it to service and of course they didn't know what to do with it. I am now at my 8th time of the truck completely locking up and was almost rear ended twice. It has been in the local dodge dealership service bay a total of 10 weeks (8 different times) the engine wiring harness has been replaced the steering rack has been replaced I have a black box on it to see if it would throw a code (black box didn't work). I am now down to my last nerve on this truck and have contacted Ram Care and now have a case number. All this time and I was only able to get a rental one time and that was after Ram Care sent Dodge dealer a case number.
So this time I am on Day 10 of my truck sitting in the shop for the 8th time and now they say they have installed a Ram update to compensate stalling on vehicles. Has anyone heard of this new miraculous update?
