I wish I would have been treated better during the process of fixing the 2021 Dodge Ram whose "serpentine belt" (partially ripped off) 3 times in 7 months. What a run around!!
Then I kept receiving messages saying that I would be receiving a survey (which I never received), but if I was not going to give all 10's to contact GM john@boerneauto.com and chip@boerneauto.com and inform them. Well, since I'm sure they all knew that I wasn't very happy they decided not to send me the survey and they never answered my emails!!
