If the seal is missing from inside a Henn connector, please search for the missing seal. It could have been pulled out while removal of the hose from the spigot if it was partially stuck to the spigot. It could have been blown into the hose or CAC. If that is the only concern with the CAC Hose Assembly, then replace the seal with a new replacement seal instead of replacing the entire hose assembly.
