The contact owns a 2020 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving 75 MPH, the front driver-??s side sun visor detached from the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the front driver-??s side sun visor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, in July 2023, the passenger-??s side sun visor detached. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,183.
