I have had numerous Ram trucks without issues and presently operate a business with a fleet of Ram trucks. My recent 2020 Ram Laramie Longhorn is undriveable due to the extremely poor seat design which causes pain in the hip and legs. I have never experienced this issue until Ram redesigned the new seats in this truck. This is a major problem which is only beginning and it needs to be addressed by Ram ASAP. My suggestion to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Ram is DON'T! These trucks are very nice but this seat issue and fact that it is very uncomfortable to say the least, makes the truck undriveable after a very short period of time.
Hopefully Ram is listening and open to correcting this design flaw ASAP!
