The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that rainwater had leaked into the vehicle from the top seal around the rear window and into the rear brake light wiring harness. The contact was concerned about an electrical short due to moisture leaking into the wiring harness. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure; however, the manufacturer was not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 55,000.

The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while using the power button to close the side view power mirrors, they folded inward and touched the window. The mirrors continued to make an abnormal clicking noise. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the gear on the passenger-??s side mirror needed to be repaired. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The driver's side mirror was making an abnormal clicking noise but was not diagnosed or repaired. There were no warning lights illuminated. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.

The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH in the rain, the windshield wipers failed to operate as needed. The contact veered to the side of the road and readjusted the windshield wipers however, the failure reoccurred while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who informed the contact that he would be responsible for the cost of the diagnostic test. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact became aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: c (Visibility) which he associated with the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they could not assist as the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was approximately 47,000.

An appointment was scheduled for the repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened a case. The failure mileage was approximately 24,800.
