The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that after the vehicle was started, all the windows were wet. The contact then stated that while attempting to turn on the defogger, there was a ticking sound. The contact stated that she noticed water was leaking on the inside of the rear window. As a result, the condensation caused the rear seats to remain wet. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to call the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 42,000.
