CAMERA, Surround View
Customer's complaining that their surround view camera image is blurry (sales code XAK) please contact, Sam Tkac at (248) 821-7819 or Bing Guo at (248) 500-7355 If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
1. Take a camera image picture on the radio screen and compare to the image of other cameras in the vehicle
2. Verify that the camera is clean, with no scratch or damage on the lens, no moisture or foreign material inside the camera
3. Disconnect and reconnect the camera
4. Swap the blurry camera with a known good camera, (or install the camera in a different position)
5. Verify / update radio software and perform a WiTech ECU reset
