The dash instrument cluster on my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie had issues intermittently working and not working. Now the display is completely blank. Important vehicle information is not available due to this issue. This issue seems far too common after reading complaints online. This is a safety issue and should be a recall for Ram trucks.

The contact stated that there were no digital functions displayed on the instrument cluster. However, the contact stated that the radio was operable and displayed improperly. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 78,300.
The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 MPH, the instrument cluster panel and the GPS were blinking on and off and then went dark. The contact drove to the destination and turned off the vehicle and on the instrument cluster and GPS functionality returned. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent but recurring. The contact had taken the vehicle to several local dealers to have the instrument cluster and GPS replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was still under warranty. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 33,000.

The vehicle had not been repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had been informed of failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
