Any day or time, at least 5 times when placing the truck in reverse, there's no screen or video. Just driving down the road and no screen - I stop the truck, shut it off and restart, but the same issues, and when I got in the next day its working. I was at the dealership get an oil change and got in my truck and bingo no screen, so I happen to see my sales guys and showed him. I stated someone needs to get serious and fix it. They want me to bring it in and look at it for the 2nd time but don't want to give me a loaner. I reported this issue when the truck had less than 36K. Lets see what happens in a few days, I've got to unload everything.
I'm a disabled veteran and I bought this vehicle because of that, and the features this vehicle has. Tonight the rear view camera stopped working. I will be taking it into the dealer Monday to get this looked at. I paid too much to have the camera stop working. This is so annoying because I'm sure there is an update (or should be) to fix this issue. If not, you can believe I will return it and NEVER buy another Ram. But for now I'm stuck and will update when I get back from the dealership.
