I am disappointed in a $60,000.00 vehicle that has such a weak AC. I am hoping to bring to dealers attention on first oil change.

This was a typical problem with the 2019 5th gen Rams. The heat from the heater core would infiltrate the ducting and cause the air, exiting the ducts, to be in the mid 50s. The truck in auto mode would never cool the truck well enough to satisfy the temperature setting. If I clamped the heater hose the A/C worked ok. Took it to three different dealers and one of them evacuated the system and refilled it.

That made little difference because the heat coming from the heater core overwhelmed the work the A/C system was doing. Ram said this was working within specs. I had multiple electrical problems too, so I cut my losses and sold the truck. I wrote emails to Ram asking for help but they just didn't care so this was a one and done situation. This was my first and last Ram/FCA product.

Brand new truck, 2019 rebel, third such major issue with it. Driving home yesterday, cold air become hot, and truck started making god awful noise from under the hood, sounded like a stuck pig. Can only guess the compressor was dying. Fully disappointed in the quality of this 2019 rebel compared to the 2016 Rebel I had before. The experience dropping it off at Autonation this morning was thoroughly frustrating as well. They didn't really want to take my truck because I hadn't set an appointment, even after I explained that I understood that appointments were important - but I wasn't going to be driving the truck as is any further. Three service managers later, they agreed to take it and let me know when they worked it in and had a chance to look at it. I'm about done with both Dodge products and Autonation.
