On January 6, 2021 I was leaving my doctor's parking lot. I was leaving the lot towards the stop sign and when I applied my brakes the vehicle start to rev and speed up. I pumped the brakes and it continued to rev and I rear-ended the vehicle in front of me at the stop sign. I have no idea why or what caused this to happen.
I told my insurance agent that I DO NOT WANT THE TRUCK BACK UNTIL THEY FIND OUT WHY THIS HAPPENED. IT WAS A TERRIFYING EVENT THAT I COULD NOT CONTROL. I have also had problems with my cruise control not working properly shortly before this happened. Love my Ram trucks but something is not right.
