The controller for my heat and a/c is not coordinated with the display. It has not worked since the purchase of vehicle in July 2018. My dealership replaced basically all the mechanical components associated with the heater - A/C in an attempt to make the unit operate correctly to no avail. All testing showed the mechanical valve controller to be moving properly. This opened a STAR case and the dealership was advised that a radio/display swap would not correct the issue and that a swap would not be allowed, but a software update would fix it. We were told that no update was yet available. I was told by FCA in May 2019 that the update should be out within 30 days and that I would not have to return to the dealership. Most recently (this week, July 2019) I have been told that my software is up to date as of the July 2018 release and that they would have me return to the dealership to swap the radio. As a bonus, occasionally my rearview camera will stay on for the duration of a trip until I turn off the truck.
