The vehicle was taken to autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram houston (1515 S loop w, houston, tx 77054), and was diagnosed that the exhaust temperature sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the repair cost. The contact was informed that the vehicle was subjected to NHTSA campaign number: 19V757000 (engine and engine cooling). The contact stated that the egr cooler was replaced and the software was updated. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 70,700.
