The contact owns a 2015 Ram 1500. The contact stated that after the vehicle was repaired per an unspecified manufacturer's recall (emission modification), the vehicle hesitated after a stop. Mt. orab Chrysler (937-453-3442, located at 110 cabbard way, mt. Orab, oh 45154-7507) performed the repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided a case number. The manufacturer stated that they would contact the dealer; however, the dealer could not be reached. The manufacturer informed the contact that the vehicle performed as expected after the recall repair. The contact was also informed that the recall repair was to enable the vehicle to pass emissions inspection. The manufacturer stated that they could do nothing more to assist. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 143,000.
