The contact owns a 2015 Ram 1500. The contact stated when he started the vehicle a warning light flashed on the instrument panel, that within the next 120 miles the vehicle would be unable to be restarted and to take the vehicle to be serviced. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the dealer stated that the manufacturer had sent a computer code for the catalytic converter (code P20EE). The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. When the contact returned to the dealer, he was informed that the code was incorrect. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
