The contact owns a 2015 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at undisclosed speeds, the steering wheel independently veered to the left direction. The brake warning light illuminated. The warning message "Anti-lock brake system service required" was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact also stated that there was an unusual burning odor from the exterior and saw an unusual vapor coming from the front driver-side tire. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where the front driver-side rotor, caliber, brake pad, and brake hose were replaced. The contact stated that 2 weeks later the passenger side rotor, caliber, brake pad, and brake hose were replaced by another local dealer to balance the other repairs however the failure reoccurred. The first local dealer was contacted however, the contact was advised that the parts needed for the repair were on backorder. The contact reached out to the second unknown local dealer for a second opinion and they advised the contact that the part was not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 63,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with ABS module failure. The contact was informed that the ABS module needed to be replaced. In addition, the contact was informed that [XXX], was under review by the manufacturer and parts were unavailable. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. In addition, the contact was informed that the VIN was not under recall. The failure mileage was approximately 38,000.
