Tried to update uconnect radio on Ram 1500. The update gets to unit 14, then says "install error remove usb". The dealership wants $170 just to look at car.

My 2015 Ram 1500 has the screen on which has the heater, radio, blue tooth and back up camera has gone black. the dealer tells me it is a software problem but does not have a fix date. What a pain this is has I can't control the heater, listen to the radio or use my blue tooth. Really impressed with the eco diesel but not impressed with this problem. Winter is coming and no heater, just great for a $60,000. vechile.
