The contact owns a 2014 Ram 1500. While driving between 65-70 mph, the check engine indicator illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several attempts. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the software needed to be updated. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 42,415.
