We were in Tampa, Fl. when the brakes went out. I called the Dodge dealer in Tampa but their service dept. was closed for the day and it would be Mon. before they could get to it. We had to get back home up near Gainesville, FL. There was a repair shop nearby and I took it to them, had to use emergency brake to stop. They replaced the master cylinder for a sum of $277.13. They also told me that there had been numerous complaints about master cylinders on Dodges going bad. I asked the service dept. (at Chiefland Chrysler and Dodge) about that and was told that they had not any problem's with the master cylinders. I guess I have the only 2014 Ram with that problem. Also I think I should get reimbursed for the money that I had to pay for repairs.
