I have always driven a Ford pickup truck, and a friend had a Ram 1500. I like the look and style and decided to buy a new Ram 1500 truck. Boy, I had no idea that a cool truck like the Ram 1500 could have so many cosmetics defects'. I am going to tell you all the defects my truck has from day one.

I notice the power windows panel on the driver and passenger doors are lose, then as I got to inspecting the truck above the front door jam a bad spot where there was trash in the paint, as I looked the truck over the driver side bed had a dent going to the passenger side, opened the door and bam, what did I find? Awful, I mean awful putty build on the inside of the door.......and the paint was a different color than the truck, what a botch job and factory, way to go guys. Good work.

Now your thinking to yourself while reading this what the crap but wait, that all then I found a bad paint run above the quad door on the driver side....So why not look under the truck and wouldn't you know, rust, yes rust on the rear axle and chunk......the bolts have rust.....and the sales manger said that was normal, yeah, right.......... After I took my truck back to show all these defects to the dealership I bought my truck they were hey, it's a truck.......not a lambo.......

So I called Chrysler, I told them hey, just give me another truck. They said they give me a 6 yrs. 85,000 mile warranty and fix my truck, but I repeat, I will never buy a truck from Columbia Dodge Jeep Ram of Columbia Tennessee.
