mirror folds in on itself
Driving down the road the driver mirror would fold about halfway in on itself. If you pushed on it to push it out you could wiggle it a few inches. It would just randomly do it, some times twice a day some times once a month. I took it in twice but they found nothing wrong (no I did auto fold the mirrors in and back out and it seemed to fix it temporarily) so they could only take my word for it.
I was driving by the dealership and it all the sudden did it so I had a mechanic look at it quick to at least get an idea of how to explain it when I took it in since there was no time for them to work on it that day and I need my mirrors working. He said its up to the boss but thinks it needed a new mirror. He auto mirrored to check the temporary fix and so when the manager came out he could not see the issue. After I had the mechanic and the sales rep I checked in with verify my claim I got a new mirror for no pay, but it was a painful several months and a lot of arguing to get my mirrors working good.
