I purchased this truck in March 2014. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram i expected to have an excellent riding truck. love this truck it my 2nd Ram my wife and i also have a 2013 Chrysler 300 my 2nd. In November of 2015 a mechanic friend noticed that the bed on my Ram was not even with the cab of the truck so I took it to Absher-Arnold to have them look at it and they confirmed what the mechanic said that the frame was bent. the Service manager Chris Hogan said the truck had not been damage. I said OK so are you going to fix it he stated no that I should have noticed it before I purchased it. I told him I was buying this in good faith he said there's nothing he could do it had to many miles on it, I had just over 25k mi on a 3yr/36k mi warranty. If I have to I will go to court to settle this matter. I really hope some thing can be worked out this truck has worn out 1 set of tires by side tracking 2nd set is doing the same. I feel it is unsafe and fear that a blown tire might cause an accident and hurt my family or someone else. Hope to hear from you soon.
