If you are considering the purchase of a new Ram 1500 you better hire a lawyer first. I purchased one from a very large dealership in ARK. Landers in Benton is a state of the art dealership, and I have taken this truck to them 5 times. The wheels have been thrown out of balance 4 times. The vibrations in the truck are truly bad and I had a Corporate man from Dodge tell me that it is "normal" While we where riding in the truck he wanted to convince me that the vibrations were "just the road". The truck's wheels have been balanced 4 times and I am sure they are out of balance again, and will continue to be after about 500 miles of use. I have driven others truck of the same model same make, same year and they do not have this vibration. It is very unpleasant to drive the truck as the vibration drives me crazy. I have been offered no help from Ram and they refuse to do anything further to the truck. I will never purchase anything ever again from Ram. The truck's mileage has been carefully documented and it currently gets 11.3 MPG. If anyone has had this problem please let me know. Thanks
