It's been 39 times that the problem has occurred already since I bought the car. Now the mileage is 12k km+. I did send them 2 videos to the Local Service centre and they have sent it to HQ in Malaysia, but they keep on questioning my videos as they told me this is the first time the problem has occurred in the same model. I told them, the reality is that this problem has now happened to almost 50 owners altogether. So I urged them all to do complaints to HQ and here, so that this issue is handled immediately.
