my car had a problem in the hybrid part, before doing the diagnosis they said 3 different problems, when they gave me the diagnosis they said they didn't know what it was but that to begin with -??it could be -?? the components $13,000 to fix. but my car is under the 8 years or 100,000mls hybrid system warranty, so i contacted porshe headquarters and they said the car was out of warranty. so i called porche in Fremont (where they have mentioned the warranty on their website) and 3 people confirmed that the car is under warranty by VIN n. I called headquarters again and they said they needed this guarantee in writing. So when I called Fremont again 3 weeks later they said the car is not under warranty, meaning they changed the whole conversation within 3 weeks. I already confirmed it on CARFAX and I am under warranty but I never received any responses to emails or phone calls they are ignoring me because they don't want to assume the warranty. Fremont confirmed that I had 6 months or 19,000 miles until the warranty expired, and strangely 3 weeks later that warranty no longer appears in their system. in my opinion they don't know what the car has and they are trying to escape the warranty because there are few months left to finish, that's why they don't give me answers, I haven't tried all possible options and I can't find help to solve this problem, I'm stuck at home dor the last 3 months with 2 children without car. because my only car is at the porsche parked waiting for someone to take over the car's warranty. mentioned that the car had no accident, it was just parked in the garage and one morning it didn't start and had to be towed. Terrible costumer service

Vehicle has auto engine off when stopped. Feature is on by default. Driver must remember to cut feature off each time vehicle is cranked. On several occasions this feature has been hazardous. When stopping on open road to turn across traffic the steering wheel binds when power is lost. When in line at drive thrus or in slow traffic, vehicle lunges as the engine starts back. The default for this feature should be off. It is a safety issue and we are told by dealer decision was in response to support published epa fuel standards.
