Rain water comes into my trunk when the stock Porsche tow hook is installed. My solution has been to plaster painter's tape all around the hole and the two hook shaft to keep the water out. Looks bad, takes time to put on the tape, and more time to take off the paint residue. There should be some kind of gasket to keep water from entering my trunk. I have to put in the tow hook every time I track my car. Is my gasket just missing or did Porsche just miss this?
