Symptom: Coolant is leaking out at the coolant reservoir cap.
Cause: The coolant reservoir cap may have been overtightened.
The locking lug for the limit stop of the coolant reservoir cap has broken off.
Procedure: Replace coolant reservoir filler neck and coolant reservoir cap.
