Near collision with other vehicle due to windshield distortion of the vehicle. Windshield distortion caused stationary objects to appear to move during low-speed maneuver my eyes became accustomed to this effect and caused me not notice a vehicle that was actually moving into the intended path of my vehicle. Caught it just in time to prevent collision. Pontiac will do nothing to remedy the defect.
