The contact owns a 2007 Pontiac Vibe. The contact stated that the vehicle has been pulling to the left while driving, ever since it was purchased. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that the back end was out of line, however, they could not determine what specifically was out of line. The vehicle was taken to another dealer and they stated that the failure was specification related. They referred him to a Goodyear location and they stated that the rear wheels were turned to the right by the manufacturer. The dealer has had the vehicle for a week now and stated that nothing can be done to correct the failure because it was due to a design flaw. The dealer also will not inform the contact of where they have placed his vehicle. He has a case number with General Motors regarding the whereabouts of his vehicle. The failure speed was unknown. The failure mileage was 90 and current mileage was 3,800. The consumer provide various repair invoices pertaining to the defect. Updated 08/27/07
