While driving my vehicle, the airbag warning light began flashing. When I checked my owner's manual, it said if the warning light continued to blink, dealer should be contacted. Ed morse customer service told me that there is a recall and parts are not available yet. I expressed concern since I had received a safety recall letter from Pontiac in March 2015 but have not been contacted again. I mentioned that I was fearful, now that the warning light is constantly blinking and because of tragic news reports concerning recalls. The representative told me well, "news media exaggerates". wow! I then followed instructions on recall letter to call 800 number for Pontiac customer asistance, received an apology, and told that "the status of the recall is incomplete" and "no time frame is given". (service request and conversation # 8-1579067613. This now brings me to filing this complaint.
